Ferro Product Description

Ferro is a Software as a Service (SaaS) focused on empowering and streamlining the connection between Insurance Buyers with their Insurance Brokerage.

Contracts

In order to access the Ferro services, a contractual agreement must be agreed upon between Ferro and the prospective customer. For more information, or you are interested in starting Ferro services, please contact Ferro. See Ferro – Contact Us.

Refunds and Cancellations

The contractual agreement will commence as of the Effective Date and will continue in effect for the period set forth in the Order Form. The agreement will detail extraordinary termination policies.

Refunds are not regularly offered.

In the Master Services Agreement (MSA), Ferro details the product uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA). In the event that any interruption of service constantly reoccurs to the point that Ferro fails to meet the uptime percentage set forth in the SLA, then the Customer shall have right to a refund and the option to terminate the contractual agreement.

Delivery

Access to Ferro services will be available as described in the contractual agreement. Delivery includes the creation of an Administrative Ferro User Account – which is empowered to create within Ferro and share the Ferro services as described in the agreement.
